Our identity-preserved heirloom varieties of corn bring forward the true flavors of the land. These non-GMO legacy varieties can be traced back 100s years to the original maze grown by North American Indians. Such crops require much more care to grow and have much lower yields per acre then modern varieties of corn.
Our ledacy corn is “crib dryer” to slowly and naturally seal in the favors, as opposed to dried over gas flames and fumes like most corn. Gas drying can be done in less then an hour. Crib drying on the cob takes months and requires extra care and handling, but it it is worth it. Quality should not be rushed.
