BlackFork straight bourbon whiskey is carefully distilled, then gently aged in new charred American oak barrels, to deliver a rich smooth blend of flavors, including: boldness from Oak, smooth malty undertones from Barley, spice from Rye and sweetness from Corn. With our small batch bourbon, each batch has its own character, bringing forward a unique bouquet of flavors from each year’s smoke-dried Native Grains.
We have three proprietary Mash Bills for our Bourbons. We do not disclose the recipes for our Mash Bills.
After proper aging, we will share this with our friends, suppliers and clients.
