We mill our Native Grain Corn Flour from our Legacy Native American Corn, grown on our 4thGeneration family farm in Eastern South Dakota. We grind the entire cornel (Germ, Bran and Endosperm) thereby including all the nutrients in the flour.
Our Native Grain Corn Flour is great for breading fresh fish or chicken. Use it in your Favorite cornbread recipe instead of commercial cornmeal, it will add a rich flavor and wholesome nutrients to your baked goods.
