BlackFork Prairie Ghost Bourbon Whiskey is carefully distilled, then gently aged in new charred American oak barrels, to deliver a rich smooth blend of flavors, including: boldness from Oak, smooth malty undertones from Barley, the earthy flavors from toasted wheat and sweetness from our smoke dried Native American Corn. With our small batch bourbon, each batch has its own character, bringing forward a unique bouquet of flavors from each year’s grains.
The American Pronghorn, nether antelope or goat, is the sole survivor of a family of hooved animals that flourished in the Miocene, from 7-25 million years ago. More than 13 species of that family have been found in the fossil record, but only one pronghorn survived to modern times.
