We organically grow 2 row malting barley with care and diligence on our farm located on the eastern edge of the Prairie Coteau, french for “hills de planes”. The elevation, soils and latitude of this region makes if perfectly suited for cool season grasses such as barley, oats and wheat.
Growing barley is not difficult. Growing outstanding barley is an art form.
