This native American corn grows rich multi colored ears with large plump kernels. It is grown from legacy seed stock and open pollinated in small fields scattered across the rolling hills of our farm in Eastern South Dakota. Once harvested, we dry the corn using applewood, adding a hint of cherrywood and smoke to it’s already rich flavor.
